**Qualifications**
- Demonstrated experience in leading the operations of IT systems, deployment approaches and automation, and utilisation of existing CICD tools (such as Azure DevOps, Github,
- Gitlab, Bitbucket, Jenkins and similar).
- Experience in citizen-facing service delivery in a government setting
- Experience in software development on a SAAS platform eg ServiceNow, Salesforce andDynamics.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Source control systems and Continuous Delivery tools
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to identify, capture and resolve complex issues
- Experience in coaching and mentoring technical developers
- Experience and/or knowledge of modern Cloud based technology platforms is highly desirable.
