Our state-of-the-art facilities include everything from Cycle Studios and Reformer Pilates to cafés, crèche, and saunas, creating a feel-good environment that motivates, challenges, and inspires.
The Role : In this important role, you'll be the first face our members see when they enter the club.
You will assist potential and existing members with heartfelt professional service, providing each person with a positive experience.
This diverse role involves greeting members, answering phones, making protein shakes, and selling retail products.Key Responsibilities:Greet and serve customers at the front desk and café.
Answer calls, handle queries, listen to complaints, and direct members to the appropriate manager if needed.Use computer systems to look up member details, create access key tags, process purchases, and assist with class bookings.Help parents book their kids into Kid's Cartel when needed.Learn about our supplement and apparel ranges to assist with sales.Maintain cleanliness of the venue, ensuring the reception and café areas are tidy, shelves are stocked, and apparel is well displayed.Perform opening and closing duties efficiently.Follow directions, prioritize tasks, and complete duties promptly.Perform other related duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed : Previous customer service experience with excellent communication skills.A positive, proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.A passion for health and fitness and an eagerness to work in the industry.Reliability, punctuality, professionalism, and good presentation.Strong work ethic, initiative, motivation, and adaptability.Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.Ability to communicate policies and procedures effectively.Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain).
Flexibility to work hours aligned with gym operations (schedules provided in advance).
