As a Project Manager (New Build), you'll oversee these projects, valued at around $40 Million, ensuring they are delivered on time, safely, profitably, and to the highest standard.
The role offers the opportunity mentor team members while advancing your own career in our growing new build team.
Your responsibilities include:Successfully managing projects from pre-construction to handover and defect liabilityLeading and mentoring project teamsEnsuring compliance with building specs, standards and EHSQ requirementsEffective relationships and communication with clients, subbies and stakeholdersHandling tender interviews, contract management, and subcontractor negotiationsManaging the construction programme and project delivery systemsFinancial reporting and identifying profit improvementsAbout youExperience delivering commercial new build projects or projects with structural works as a Project Manager with a principal contractorA natural leader and team playerAdaptable, solutions-focused, and calm under pressureExperience with MS Projects, Procore and Jobpac (handy, but not essential)Why we're a great place to workWe have the ambitious vision to be 'the place where everyone wants to work'.
