We specialize in providing comprehensive care in the field of neurodevelopmental disorders, trauma and other mental health conditions. As we expand our services and digital presence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Media Marketing and Management Lead to oversee our media, marketing, and digital communications efforts.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
- Oversee content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production.
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics to optimize campaigns and strategies.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages promptly.
- **Website and Web App Management**:

- Oversee the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our website and web app.
- Collaborate with external developers and contractors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of digital projects.
- Ensure that the website and web app are user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with our brand and service offerings.
- Monitor website performance and implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Create and oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content for our social media platforms, website, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all media channels.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to plan and schedule posts, campaigns, and promotions.
- **Media and Advertising Communications**:

- Manage all media and advertising communications, including the creation and placement of ads on various platforms.
- Liaise with external contractors and agencies involved in media buying, graphic design, and video production.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee and coordinate all media, marketing, and digital projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with Windsor Allied Health's goals and standards.
- Regularly report on the progress and performance of projects to senior management.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with other departments within Windsor Allied Health to ensure marketing and communication efforts are aligned with clinical services and business objectives.
- Liaise with external contractors and vendors, managing relationships and ensuring they meet our standards and expectations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and content creation.
- Experience in managing websites and web apps, with a basic understanding of SEO and web development principles.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in liaising with contractors and external agencies is a plus.
- Up-to-date with the use of AI Apps as a force-multiplier in supporting the role
