**About the role**

Your primary function will be to check, inspect and document the build quality of
**timber and/or steel frames **in houses. Do quality checks, document and record the required steps outlined in the software. Provide guidance relating to residential framing and on the building site.

**Requirements for this role**
- Australian experience inspecting house frames.
- Strong experience with timber and/or steel house frames.
- Site supervision experience mainly on residential building sites.
- Very good computer literacy.
- Professional communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate and liaise with office, and site based staff.
- Engineering Degree qualification a strong advantage, but not essential.
