Steel Framing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Detailer to join our team. As a key member, you will use Framecad and other estimating tools to deliver accurate detailing, drafting, BOMs, and cost reports, supporting manufacturing and construction processes.
Using Framecad for detailing, drafting, and estimating tasks is essential in this role. The ideal candidate should be able to read and interpret building plans to produce accurate BOMs and CSV-based cost reports. Additionally, they should be able to support manufacturing with CSV files and structural steel detailing.
The Detailer will be responsible for maintaining accurate BOMs and accessories reports. They will also need to generate sales quotes via Salesforce and communicate effectively with customers. Collaboration with internal teams and contributing to process improvements are also key responsibilities of this role.
The successful candidate should have experience with Framecad or similar detailing/estimating software. Strong plan interpretation and drafting skills are also essential. Proficiency in Excel and CSV reporting is required, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
