Our Data Governance capabilities are deployed across all Business Unit Platforms within the CFS to deliver industry-leading and secure data management.
Your Responsibilities You will be expected to perform the following tasks and responsibilities in a manner consistent with CFS's Values and People Capabilities.
Utilising and managing technical tools to enhance data governance processes.
Supporting analytics initiatives to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Executing control measures to maintain the highest standards of data management.
Acting as the IT systems SME, providing expert guidance and support to the team.
Oversight / management of critical data elements: CDE and metadata management, System scanning and tool configuration Management of Data Governance Controls: control design, Implementation, BAU operation and control assurance / assessment.
Business Enablement: managing data governance forums, project advisory and risk reviews on data governance matters.
Your Capability and Experience Strong experience with data governance tools, supporting analytics, control execution, and serving as a data governance / IT systems SME.
Collaborative experience working with multiple business stakeholders including suppliers Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Ability to balance commercial acumen with risk stewardship.
Skilled at writing clear and concise risk assessments and reports.
