M&PG Projects is a boutique construction company based on the northern beaches, we specialise in architecturally designed homes throughout the Sydney area. Our team is growing and we require an experienced working site foreman to join our team of residential construction experts.

**Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Manage and co-ordinate project employees/trades and all onsite activities
- Liaise with the builder in regards to progress claims, invoicing, RFIs and variations
- Conduct site meetings and liaise directly with the client, architects and consultants
- Oversee on site safety requirements
- Ensure that the construction program is adhered to and the project is delivered on time, on budget and complies with the specifications
- Manage workflow
- Manage material deliveries
- Manage on-site sub-contractors
- Buildertrend daily logs, to do lists and timesheets
- Take a hand on approach to carpentry work where needed

**To be considered for this position you will have**:

- Min 3 years experience as a working site foreman
- Trade qualified carpenter (essential)
- Working knowledge of the Residential Building Industry including the Home Building Act 1989, National Building Codes and Australian Standards
- An Understanding of OHS, regulatory codes
- Strong communication and resolution skills
- An ability to manage and liaise with Subcontractors and Clients on site

**Salary**: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

- Carpentry Licence (required)
- Drivers Licence (required)
- White Card (preferred)
