We are looking for our new Key Accounts Manager ANZ, based in Botany We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to spearhead our partnerships and engage with our valued clients. As a pivotal member reporting directly to the Commercial Director ANZ, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward.
**Key highlights of the role**:
- ** Maintain Strong Client Relationships**: Cultivate and nurture relationships with our client base, focusing on their business needs throughout the ANZ region.
- ** Organic Growth**: Drive organic growth by identifying opportunities within the current client base.
- ** Become an Industry Expert**: Embark on a journey to become an expert in Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for the aviation industry. No prior expertise required
- ** No Cold Calling**: Enjoy an account management role without the hassle of cold calling, focusing instead on building meaningful connections and fostering business growth.
- ** Travel Opportunities**: Engage in both domestic and overseas travel, expanding your horizons and networking with industry leaders.
**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience we are looking for**:
- ** Relevant Industry Experience**: Previous experience in Transport and Logistics or the aviation industry is highly advantageous, although not mandatory.
- ** Strong Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to establish quick rapport with clients and colleagues, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- ** Commercial Acumen**: A keen business sense coupled with a customer-centric approach to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
- ** Adaptability**: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and agility in navigating complex business landscapes.
- ** Contractual Understanding**: Possess a solid understanding of contracts with previous contract management experience.
- ** Tech Savvy**: Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, to effectively communicate and present ideas.
