General Manager
who is more than a leader—someone who can bring people together, build capability, and get things done. This role will oversee both our
Production and Design
sites, ensuring they run seamlessly, collaboratively, and with an unrelenting drive for innovation and quality.
What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams across design and production
Drive operational excellence and ensure projects are delivered on time and to spec
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Work closely with the Chief Technical Officer and leadership team on strategic priorities
Roll up your sleeves when needed – this is a role for doers, not just delegators
What You Bring
Proven success in a leadership role within manufacturing, engineering, or composites
The ability to develop and inspire teams, building capability for long-term growth
Strong commercial acumen and operational management experience
A track record of driving innovation, process improvements, and delivering results
Comfortable leading across multiple sites and managing competing priorities
