We currently have three positions available to join our team in the role of Counter Sales. The roles will be based in **Clayton,** **Truganina or Thomastown Victoria. **You choose

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Attending to enquiries by telephone, visitors and deliveries.
- Follow up on customer quotes.
- Process orders entries and complete all dispatch documentation.
- Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely orders and deliveries.
- You'll have the full support of your team and the opportunity to constantly develop your skills and knowledge.

**Ideally, we are seeking someone with exceptional common sense and a 'can-do' attitude, to work within a challenging yet rewarding industry. To be successful in this role you will**:

- Naturally be a team player with a desire to provide exceptional customer service
- Have previous experience in a customer facing role
- Be great at multitasking and prioritising
- Display great interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess basic numerical skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
