We are expanding at warp speed and are looking for someone to assist us with managing our Twisted community and social media presence.

**The Role**

We are looking for a Community and Social Media Coordinator to join our growing Sales and Marketing Team. You will report to the Head of Project and Growth, to help us build and execute our communications and social media strategy. If you are looking to get your start in the marketing and communications industry this role is perfect for you The goal of this role is to engage with our customers and be the go-to contact for all things Twisted, as well as curating and managing our social media content. As a member of our growing Aussie business, we are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is always looking to learn and improve the teams' efficiencies and capabilities with your creative ideas.

**Duties will include**:

- Maintaining and coordinating our presence across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
- Engage with customers on our social media channels, answering any questions and building our community relationships.
- Responding to all customer enquiries and assisting them with any issues they have.
- Management of our Influencer Program - procuring, contacting and managing our influencers
- Develop and publish a social media calendar monthly for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. This will heavily involve content ideation, creation, copywriting and scheduling.
- Maintain our brand identity across all communication and content creation.
- Capture weekly social media data into reporting
- Additional support to the sales and marketing team as required
- Proficiency in Adobe creative suite, Canva and Microsoft Office
- You have a passion for technology and social media, you're always on top of the latest trends and reactive to new developments and how we can implement them.
- You're a great communicator and can speak to customers professionally and assist them with any enquires, while also maintaining our Twisted brand voice.
- You have a drive to learn and willingness to grow with us.

**Hours and location**:

- 37.5 hours per week on a contract basis
- Onsite fulltime at Twisted HQ in Ingleburn

**Job Type**: Contract
