**The opportunity**
The Delivery and Information team ensures the sustained health and maintenance of UniSuper's core systems and platforms, to provide high availability, stability, and performance. We remain committed to partner with business units to provide business driven scale and simplification, guidance and delivery of the Enterprise Portfolio and technologies required to enable business capabilities and support the execution of UniSuper's Strategy.
This role is accountable for partnering with Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Delivery and Information (D&I) leadership team to unify the voice of Delivery & Information through a clear D&I Internal Communications Strategy and Roadmap that tracks our progress on the Scale & Simplification Strategy. This role will have end to end responsibility for uplifting internal communications across D&I through the design and delivery of employee engagement and brand initiatives. Success in this role is an increase in both employee engagement, communication feedback and business unit net promotor score results.
We expect each employee to live our values and behavioural expectations each day. In addition to this you will:
- Develop and execute on a Delivery & Information (D&I) internal communication, brand and engagement strategy, ensuring we cut through the noise, deliver the right message at the right time, and amplify the positive impact D&I is making to the business and ultimately our members
- Plan and deliver regular leadership communications and engagement plans (e.g. yammer, D&I comms hub, townhalls, monthly newsletters, showcases, brown bag sessions)
- Work with the D&I leadership team to engage, communicate and align key messaging on the Scale & Simplification strategy and ensure consistency across the business
- Build confidence in our transformation agenda through consistent communication rhythms and key messages, and using the best blend of channels, including our leadership group, to inform our people
- Partner with key leaders on change communications required for large D&I initiatives that don't have People Change support
- Provide branding and marketing expertise to improve the D&I internal brand and reputation with its enterprise business partners
- Develop, measure and improve engagement activities to ensure delivery of communication, engagement and brand outcomes
- Draft and create communication content for multiple channels and media including writing speeches for videos or presentations
- Coordinate event management internal townhalls, all hands, showcases and other in person events
- Create and coordinate engagement initiatives across the business unit and in line with the organisation's DEI and engagement calendar
**About you**
We are looking for an individual who has worked in fast moving transformation environment and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity.
- Strong experience in communications roles such as Internal Communications, Change Management, Marketing or in an Organisational Development type role where storytelling, communication, engagement, and planning are key skills for success
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing and/or Communications
- Experience with Adobe Premier an advantage
- Passion for superannuation and the positive impact it has on members retirement outcomes
- Knowledge of Change Management Communications advantageous
