**About the role**

Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and creative innovation? We are seeking a visionary Digital and Creative Manager to lead the design and delivery of digital campaigns to promote Councils' brand, services and events across all digital channels. In this role, you'll drive our digital strategy, manage assets, and ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints. Join us in delivering impactful digital marketing campaigns and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation underpinned by a customer-centric mindset.
- On a daily basis you will: _
- Lead and deliver digital marketing initiatives, leveraging data to optimise campaigns and meet objectives.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies, overseeing the production of relevant and engaging content, including videos, images and graphics to be shared across social media and website assets.
- Manage Council-owned digital marketing assets, identifying solutions to meet business and customer needs.
- Lead data and insights gathering programs to inform and optimise digital marketing tactics and strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-level digital marketing and creative designs for major projects and campaigns.
- Manage social media communication, campaigns, and content production, ensuring alignment with Council objectives.
- Drive innovative and contemporary design practices, overseeing the development and production of promotional materials.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation to enhance service delivery and organisational effectiveness.
- Foster effective relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

**About You**
- Degree qualifications in marketing, communications, or related fields.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or creative design, with a proven track record of achieving strategic objectives.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in leading diverse, multidisciplinary teams and delivering services to a high standard.
- Experience in managing digital marketing platforms and design lifecycles within large organisations.
- Detailed understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Sound knowledge of Google Analytic, Google Ads, UX methodologies and Customer Experience (CX).
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong change management leadership skills within complex stakeholder environments.
- Highly developed commercial acumen.

We are offering an attractive remuneration from $149,428 to 165,645 plus 11.5% superannuation.
