**Position: Disability Support Worker Cantonese/Mandarin speaking**

Infinite Ability is an approved NDIS service provider. We Support People with Disabilities and Mental health conditions in their homes and community across Victoria. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable female disability support worker who is fluent in Cantonese and can work with the female participant with personal care need to assist them with activities of daily living and community participant around Rowville Area.

Key Responsibilitities:

- Supporting people with disabilities for their day to day living. Assistance for daily living activities.
- Supporting people with disabilities in their home and taking them for community access.
- Providing personal care and assistance with dailiy living activities as meal preparation, dressing, bathing, and medication administration.
- Supporting to set their routine, helping them to build capacity for their daily living skills
- Assist with the delivery of activities to enhance the physical, social, emotional and intellectual development of those in their care
- Documenting and reporting on client's progress and any changes in their conditon to the manager
- Provide high quality, professional and individualized support to customers.
- Complete all administrative tasks

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
Essential:

- Fluncy in Cantonese is essential
- Cert III or Cert IV In disability or equivalent Previous experience in the disability field
- Experience working in disability or aged care
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Working with Children's Check
- Must satisfy all visa requirements for working in Australia.
- Driver's license
- A reliable vehicle
- Vaccination proof
- Ability to work independently as part of a team

**Salary**: $32.00 - $39.00 per hour
