About Our Client

We are leaders within the cosmetic and beauty industry and are respected for the quality of our products and the branding behind our range. We are a family run business with no franchise agreements in place and 12 clinics Victoria wide. We are seeking an Area Manager to join the family, who can span both managing and growing a portfolio of 6 clinics.

The role is combined to help manage the execution of the clinic day to day business with a significant focus on building the clinics growth within your catchment area. We require someone who is passionate about beauty as well as passionate about helping clinics and clinic managers to grow their client base. The type of person who is adept with generating new business and building the other companies presence within the region. The role includes the following tasks:

- Managing existing clinics
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Partnering with Marketing team and collaborating with Senior Leadership to drive growth
- Working within your catchment to manage effective rostering
- Build client advocacy by ensuring the team always deliver the customer promise

The Successful Applicant
- Strong Sales background (minimum 2 years of proven Sales results)
- Skin & Laser industry background (minimum 4 years).
- Collaborative person with a team orientated personality and a positive energy about them
- Strong commercial aptitude and experience working with private clinics/ business owners a plus

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
