The Role

As a Clinic Manager, you will be part of a professional team providing exceptional customer service and delivering advanced cosmetic treatments at one of our clinics.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with staff and clients, focusing on motivating the team to achieve business goals.
  • Guiding and mentoring junior staff to achieve sales and high levels of service.
  • Maintaining and developing our existing client base, meeting business targets and goals.
  • Developing a positive clinic culture, managing staff performance, and working with area managers to ensure successful clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Using medical-grade equipment for hair removal, pigmentation, vascular, and anti-ageing treatments.
  • Working with skincare products.
  • Consulting and recommending individual skin and laser treatment plans for clients.

Requirements

You will need:

  • An experienced background in beauty therapy, with proven experience in managing teams and achieving business outcomes.
  • A Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proven experience in meeting targets and KPIs.
