Not only do we have great products, but we have a great team behind them. We now have an exciting opportunity for a **Work Health & Safety Manager** to join our Manufacturing site at Berkeley Vale, 2261.
**The Role**
Key responsibilities:

- Lead and drive a safe working culture with a focus on risk management.
- Developing and reviewing WHS Policies and Procedures
- Lead the management of safety change across the site.
- Participation in serious incident investigations as required
- Working collaboratively with WHS Coordinators and site management across SHF entities in Australia and New Zealand
- Assisting in the development of WHS strategies
- Provide WHS expertise and advice across the site, in regard to incident and injury reporting, work and non-work-related injuries, return to work plans and workers' compensation claims management
- Manage projects and work with other project teams to improve safety and ensure ongoing safety compliance.

**The Person**
- Tertiary qualifications in WHS
- At least 5 years' experience in a WHS leadership role (ideally in a manufacturing environment)
- Experience developing WHS policies and procedures
- Experience developing and delivering safety training
- Proven ability to engage and work collaboratively with key stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, lead and train employees at all levels
- Strong organisational and Project Management skills
- A motivated, can - do attitude
