Hardie Grant's online premium gifting business, Handsel has an amazing opportunity for a motivated, self driven, all rounder to join the team.

Focused on delivering to the promise of meaningful gifts made easy, this role reports directly to the Managing Director and will help support the delivering the business plan, managing operations, marketing the brand and building the audience. Key daily tasks for the role will include overseeing logistic efficiency and operations, product ranging and inventory, website merchandising and marketing support across all channels.
- To be successful in this role, you will:

- Be a team player who's able to work independently and with initiative
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to take direction, follow briefs and manage workflow efficiently
- Be keen to develop and grow
- Have exceptional attention to detail

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop and execute Handsel's social media plan, including content creation, copywriting, content sourcing, planning and posting, and monitoring for engagement
- Assist with the creation and management of paid advertising campaigns
- Manage warehouse efficiency and be responsible for key operations including inventory management, ordering of refill product, and order fulfilment
- Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and presented to a high standard
- Assist with new product curation, procurement and copywriting
- Regular reporting
