Warehouse Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to lead our warehouse team in ensuring seamless product receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.

Your Key Responsibilities
Manage all warehouse operations, including accurate and timely receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products.
Lead a high-performing warehouse team and drive operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
Maintain up-to-date inventory records through regular stocktakes and effective stock control to meet operational demand.
Coordinating freight logistics and shipping documentation to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Ensure safe use and regular maintenance of equipment, with full compliance to Australian safety standards.
About You
Proven experience in warehouse and inventory management, logistics, and aligning operations with production needs.
Strong leadership skills with experience in team recruitment, training, and performance management.
Highly proficient in ERP and warehouse management systems to support efficient workflows.
Skilled in prioritising tasks and managing workloads in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement with a problem-solving mindset.
Strong working knowledge of warehouse safety, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement practices.
