We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our Quality team on a full-time, permanent basis. You'll help support the ongoing implementation and maintenance for the patient safety program. In line with the national safety and quality strategy this role supports the ongoing implementation of the quality management system (QMS) across the relevant GenesisCare (GC) practices, in line with the national Quality strategy. This includes driving document integration and standardisation as well as facilitating the achievement of compliance with accreditation standards and other relevant standard both from clinical and corporate perspective.

More specifically, you will:
- Support the ongoing implementation of the safety and quality improvement program for the Practice (including supporting staff awareness and capability to achieve compliance with Radiation Oncology Standards and the National Safety and Quality Standards)- Influence and educate staff to ensure understanding and compliance to GC policies.- Lead and participate in quality improvement projects, including Lean and Service of the Future to drive continuous improvement initiatives to benefit both patient and staff groups.

We're interested in hearing from people who have:
- Demonstrated knowledge of safety and quality management principles and theory, quality management systems applicable to the setting, audit and data collection, analysis and evaluation, benchmarking and use of best practice.-
- Working in a IT systems orientated environment of SharePoint/Intranet and risk incident management systems- Strong background in developing and delivering training in the area of quality and risk- Strong leadership skills with the ability to implement change management processes in relation to quality management and experience in liaising, influencing and negotiating with staff at all levels of the organization-
- Background in document standardisation and control, internal audit, compliance and process mapping- Advanced Microsoft Office capability -Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio Skills in managing committees and delivering outcomes- 3+ years' experience in a similar role- Post graduate qualification (or similar or working towards) in management or leadership.- Post graduate qualification (or similar or working towards) in the quality field.- Preferred - clinical experience in similar environment
