**Recruitment Coordinator**

**Roles and Responsibilities
- First point of contact for new employees to ensure a smooth transition to The RMH.
- Advertising vacancies on relevant recruitment platforms.
- Prepare employment contracts in line with relevant EBAs and legislation.
- Facilitate employee on-boarding and pre-employment compliance checks.
**About You**
**We are seeking a motivated and hard working Administrator to join our team. We are seeking someone with the following skillset**:
- Strong HR administration and Microsoft Office skills.
- Highly organised, reliable and motivated to achieve.
- Adaptable and able to manage competing demands to deadlines.
