Field Marketing Manager

The Field Marketing Manager connects the global marketing team with the respective region. The focus of the role lies in organizing and executing events in a hands-on manner by following global guidelines, market research, and building local relationships.

As regional brand ambassador, the field marketing manager keeps the local teams informed about marketing activities and results, passes local key findings back to the global team, and stays in regular dialogue with the team to ensure global alignment.

**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing local events in the region, including e.g. private events and tradeshows, and webinars, assist channel marketing initiatives and report directly to Head of Global Events.
- Keep respective Country Manager, Client Success Director, Sales Director informed about Marketing activities and results.
- Support Head of Global Events and Global Finance Team in allocating the assigned budget for the respective region.
- Identify relevant publications, media, bloggers, influencers of the region, and develop relationships with those in order to ensure successful placement of our content in coordination with the Global Head of PR and local PR agencies.
- Provide competitive analysis of local competitors in coordination with the CPO (incl. access to competitive products).
- Research relevant regional topics, latest trends, news, and pass back to global team.
- Provide feedback to relevant departments in global marketing about special requirements due to regional and cultural differences.
- Support with localization and review of marketing materials if needed.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Bachelor degree holder, preferably in Marketing & Communication, or Event Management
- Min. 4 years of working experience in digital media, marketing or event management
- Experience in organizing events
- Be a meticulous planner and able to execute within tight timeframes and budgets
- Capable of multi-tasking and co-ordinating multiple events simultaneously
- Good understanding of Excel to assist updating budget spread sheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and being generally a good communicator
- Fluent in oral and written English Be a results driven, passionate individual, and a good team player
