**The Opportunity**:
Maxima, in partnership with Ranger, are looking for a dedicated individual to complete an Accounts Administration traineeship.

This rewarding 2-year opportunity will see you working fulltime, gaining hands-on industry experience whilst studying to complete a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Accounts Administration. **Upon completion you will have the skillset and knowledge to step into any finance-based role.

Day-to-day you will be based in the Prestons head office, assisting the accounts payable and receivable team to ensure all administrative tasks are completed to a high standard.

**Your Host Employer**:
Ranger is an Australian owned and operated business specialising in lifting, rigging, and safety solutions within the Mining, Civil and Rail industries. Their commitment to providing quality and efficient equipment has resulted in productivity across many organisations experiencing demand.

**Duties Include**:

- Prepare payments for approval
- Follow-up outstanding payments
- Assist to generate and receipt invoices
- Create supplier and client accounts
- Update and maintain industry software (all training provided)
- General administration duties as required

**About You**:

- Showcases initiative and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates high attention to detail
- Works effectively as part of a team and under limited supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Has effective organisational and time management skills
