**My Gateway** has a great opportunity for a Business Administration Trainee

Our client is a company based in Minto who rent out White goods & home appliances. They are looking for a bright & enthusiastic trainee to assist with general office duties as well as customer service & collections.

As part of this 12 month Traineeship you will gain skills, experience & a nationally recognised qualification (Certificate III in Business Administration).

Some of the duties include: - Contacting customers and taking phone calls - Chasing up missed payments - Customer service - Entering client information into Company database - Make decisions about client accounts.

To be considered for this role you will need to:

- Have good communication skills
- Be honest and reliable
- Have a willingness to learn, grow and possibly make a career in collections
- Be a confident communicator who shows empathy and can negotiate
