**TRAINEESHIP - Business Administration. Blue Mountains, NSW.**

Acacia Education and Training is a Registered Training Organisation delivering courses in Nationally Recognised Qualifications across NSW and beyond.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our sales administration team and complete a 12-month full-time Business Administration traineeship.

Duties will include:

- Answering enquiries and providing course information.
- Assisting students with the enrolment process.
- Scanning and filing student documentation.
- Preparing training resources.
- Assisting other administration staff and management with general tasks.
- Completion of the qualification BSB30120 Certificate III in Business.

Essential Criteria:

- Completed Higher School Certificate
- Well-organised and detail-oriented
- Able to communicate effectively with staff and students
- Able to work independently as well as be a team player
- Able to prioritise tasks
- Willing to learn about the Vocational Education & Training industry
- Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel.

An award traineeship wage applies and is dependent upon employee age and years out of school.

Ongoing employment may be offered at the end of the traineeship.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

- Monday to Friday

- Blaxland, NSW 2774: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
