To be successful you will need to have:

- Previous retail experience with the Sales/Goal driven environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Impeccable grooming with a professional demeanour and stylist appearance
- Tracking and driving sales and service goals in line with company expectations
- Understanding of ultra-premium luxury standards and an interest in fashion trends
- A pro-active approach with sales and customers
- Positive attitude, optimistic nature and eager to learn
- Experience in fragrance and cosmetics industry will be highly regarded
- Excellent command of the English language and speaking a second language would be advantageous
- Available to work weekends and public holidays
