- Lead by example in achieving personal and team sales targets and KPIs
- Independent and movitated on brand knowledge, storytelling, and selling techniques
- Ensure counters are visually impeccable, fully stocked, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Cultivate strong client relationships through bespoke consultations and loyalty initiatives
- Liaise with area and brand managers to report on performance and implement strategic initiatives

- An experienced retail professional with a background in **luxury beauty, fragrance, or fashion**
- A confident storyteller who can seamlessly adapt tone and approach for **two distinct luxury brands**
- Skilled in **clienteling**, sales techniques, and high-touch service
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and manage priorities across two brands
- Well-groomed and brand-aligned in appearance and demeanor
- A proactive problem-solver with a passion for creating memorable client experiences
