Overview
Specialised Carer - Home Care - Far North Coast – HammondCare At Home is expanding our services across the Kyogle, Tweed Heads and Lismore region. We are seeking several permanent part-time Specialised Carers to provide support to our Clients.
Specialised Carers receive a work mobile phone, paid travel time and kilometres. Flexible days of the week, start and finish times, and weekend loading if you choose to work weekends are available.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care, including help with showering and dressing.
Help around the home with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
Provide transportation to appointments and assist with shopping.
Assist with medication administration as required.
About You (Qualifications)
You can relate to people, are patient, and solutions-focused.
You may have previous experience in aged or community care or are looking to start your career in aged care.
You have a valid Driver\'s Licence and access to an insured, reliable car.
Ideally, you\'ll have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support. If you\'re not currently qualified, we can help you.
You\'ll be flexible around meeting the changing needs of home care clients.
Benefits
$31.31 to $34.12 per hour plus 99c/km + paid travel time + mobile phone provided
Full training provided; no prior experience required
Secure part-time roster with a 14-day cycle
Salary packaging – up to $15,900 tax free
Fitness Passport membership
First Aid Certificate provided and paid for by us
Paid Certificate III in Aged Care training available for progression
