Our client is a reputable NFP organisation located in the heart of Melbourne As the Awards and Prizes Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Victorian Team The role will be hybrid work weeks, however our client is very flexible with WFH arrangements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare timelines for the annual Awards programs in conjunction with National and Chapter staff, and develop and manage the work program
- Prepare and administer annual budgets for respective programs
- Work with the Committee and other key stakeholders for the successful delivery of the Awards programs
- Work with the relevant staff within the Chapter for the purposes of delivering well coordinated events related to the Chapter's Awards programs including presentations, exhibitions and related media coverage
- Assist in the preparation and targeted distribution of partnership proposals relevant to the Chapter's Awards programs as required
- Prepare, review, edit and update content pertaining to the communication of the Chapter's Awards programs, including promotional, event details, partnerships and results/citations
