We employ over 1300 people across 120 parks and communities, with offices in the 3 eastern seaboard states.Here at Ingenia, you can enjoy working within an organisation that genuinely cares for its people and is committed to creating communities where our residents and visitors can truly belong.About The RoleWe are currently hiring for a Project Marketing Manager to join our team.Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager for NSW & VIC, you'll play a key role in delivering national and state marketing strategies at a local level, driving awareness and lead conversion across greenfield and active NSW residential communities.This role offers the freedom to create engaging customer experiences and support commercial outcomes through strategic marketing execution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and localise integrated marketing strategies to position Ingenia Lifestyle communities as market leaders, aligning state and national campaigns with the overarching brand vision.Develop and execute data-driven marketing plans by analysing lead quality, sales funnel metrics, and market trends to drive qualified traffic and optimise conversion performance.Oversee the creation of marketing assets (digital, print, event-based) that support brand awareness, lead nurturing, community engagement, and sales.Manage project-level marketing budgets and reporting, tracking ROI and campaign effectiveness to ensure alignment with business objectives.Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, development, and external agency partners to ensure unified execution, brand consistency.About You5–7 years in marketing, ideally within retirement living or property, with a strong grasp of campaign delivery, project launches, and agency collaboration.Skilled in CRM systems, eDM builders, CMS platforms, and Microsoft Office.Able to interpret customer insights, market trends, and competitor data to shape effective marketing strategies and drive process improvements.Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and foster a positive, high-performing culture aligned with Ingenia's values.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with travel to sites, managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving business needs.Culture and BenefitsIn return, we offer a competitive package, flexibility (including working from home for some roles), extensive training and development, career progression and generous reward and recognition programs including some amazing discounts at our Holiday Parks... so come join the team and apply now
