Whether they need equipment finance to grow their business, insurance products to protect what matters most, or an award-winning travel agency to book their next getaway, Capricorn can help.This opportunity is available in our Perth OR Sydney office with 3 days in the office and 2 at home once trained.The Role And What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a proactive and customer service focused individual to join our established claims team.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:Receiving claim notifications and service enquiries;Managing a portfolio of assigned claims end to end;Taking recovery action on appropriate claim files;Determining liability and communicating outcome; andEstablishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal and external customers.The successful candidate must have previous claims experience.A little on life at CapricornOur community at Capricorn always comes first, and a big part of that community is our team.
