**Gold Coast Area Leader**
Yo-Chi is on an exciting journey of growth, and we're seeking a passionate and experienced Gold Coast Area Leader to help shape our next chapter. With five high-volume venues across the region - backed by an incredible culture and a team of driven, successful individuals - this is a rare opportunity to lead one of the brand's strongest portfolios.

**What You'll Do**:
Lead a high-performing team of Venue Leaders, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous growth.

Step confidently into high-demand situations, balancing team support with operational execution.

Be hands-on and unafraid to get on the floor when needed - leading by example and living the brand.

Drive results across all venues, ensuring KPIs, service standards, and financial targets are consistently achieved.

Partner with marketing to amplify local engagement and connect our venues to their communities.

**Your Journey**:
Before officially stepping into the Area Leader role, you'll complete an immersion phase as a Venue Leader, gaining a deep understanding of Yo-Chi's operations, people, and culture. This phase sets you up to lead with clarity, credibility, and confidence.

**What We're Looking For**:
Minimum 2 years of proven multi-site leadership experience in QSR.

A people-focused leader with a proven ability to coach, uplift, and empower teams.

Strong operational and commercial acumen, with confidence managing P&Ls, labour, and COGs.

Proactive and resilient - thrives in fast-paced environments and leads calmly under pressure.
