As an Area Manager in the Inclusive Employment Australia program, you'll lead and motivate a team of employment consultants across multiple sites and support them in all aspects of quality service delivery and performance.Your Key Responsibilities will include:Oversight of Gold Coast ESA with offices in Arundel, Burleigh Heads, Coolangatta, Helensvale, Nerang, Palm Beach, Pimpana, Robina, SouthportLeading and empowering a team of employment consultants to deliver sustainable employment outcomes for people with disabilityFacilitating staff training and development to ensure the provision of high -quality, person-centred servicesDeveloping strategies, programs and positive partnerships to enhance service delivery and create meaningful employment opportunitiesLeveraging systems, tools, and reports to analyse and monitor individual, site and area performance and quality metricsEnsuring the achievement of internal and external performance and quality benchmarksFostering a positive team culture that encourages motivation and successRepresenting the organisation in the local community to promote services and raise awareness of inclusive employment servicesWe are looking for individuals who are:Experienced in leadership and management, ideally within the employment services sectorPassionate about people with disability succeeding in employment and educationSuccess driven with the ability to achieve performance targets and manage budgetsProblem solvers with the ability to develop innovative strategies to generate sustainable employment opportunitiesRelationship builders who can develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholdersQuality focused with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement within a quality frameworkTech-savvy and confident in using a range of data, systems and reportsAt Sureway, we believe in offering more than just a job.
