**About The Role**

With its unique mix of multilingual and multi-cultrual story-telling, SBS has been named the Australian Podcast Publisher of the Year for two years running. The role, _Manager, SBS Audio Podcasts_, is critical to the ongoing success of SBS podcasts.

This role will be responsible for the helping to drive the podcast strategy at SBS - specifically in commissioning new podcast series for SBS Audio, aligned to the needs of our diverse audiences.

This hybrid role can be based out of our Sydney or Melbourne offices.

**About you**

You should possess the following:

- Proven experience leading on-demand, digital-first audio content creation and distribution strategies.
- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end process of content commissioning - from pitch approval through to maximising audience consumption.
- Experience managing internal and external stakeholders and contractors.

Applicants must have full rights to work within Australia for permanent on-going employment.

This role can be based out of Artarmon Studios in Sydney or Federation Square Studios within Melbourne.
