**Position Overview**

**Drive Production. Lead Teams. Make an Impact.**

We're looking for a hands-on Production Coordinator to lead daily operations in the assembly of custom window coverings. You'll plan production schedules, drive efficiency, and support continuous improvement while ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery. Ideal for someone with manufacturing experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a focus on results.

**What you'll do**
- Plan and coordinate daily production schedules.
- Lead and support the assembly team to meet targets.
- Identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
- Maintain SOPs and train staff as needed.
- Monitor production data and drive improvements.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance with the Maintenance Team.
- Ensure safety compliance and investigate incidents.
- Support new product trials and implementation.

**Who you are**
- Tertiary qualifications in Production, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in using production planning and control systems.
- Knowledge of WHS legislation and safe work practices.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
- Experience with continuous improvement tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen) is an advantage.
