If you are passionate about learning about what makes a video viral, then this internship is for you. You'll be helping us with video shooting and editing for our social channels. You'll learn about what makes a video take off on TikTok, Instagram, and many more

**What you'll do**:

- Implement content strategy for multiple projects.
- Help build out our Tik Tok Community and engage with our creators and audience.
- Create and post social media content during peak engagement days/times.
- Maintain and foster existing relationships with creators whilst ensuring continued research into new influencers
- Understand the metrics behind each piece of content and help monitor the results of our content creation strategy.
- Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity and relevant industry trends, events and opportunities to appropriate teams
- Organic Gifting - drive and develop a regular gifting in order to build and maintain constant reach

**Qualifications**:

- Interest and understanding of TikTok and other social platforms and how to make content that converts.
- Must be comfortable in front of the camera and comfortable engaging with audience.
- Understanding of the online social media landscape and influencer marketing
- Fluent, clear and articulate in communication with the ability to convey interest and enthusiasm
- Excellent social communication skills
- Team player able to work with teams across the business
