As an AIN, you will assist clients with their daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility and reporting any changes to the nursing staff and documenting their progress.

To be successful as an AIN, you should possess effective communication skills, a positive attitude, excellent work ethics, and a passion for helping others. You should be able to work well in a team and follow instructions from the nursing staff.

- **at least 3 - 6 months of local industry experience**:

- a Certificate III/IV in Health Services Assistance or equivalent
- your own reliable transport
- a current First Aid/CPR certificate
- a National Police Check (within the last 2 years)
- records of Vaccination / Immunity
- excellent communication skills
- a positive attitude and a passion for helping others
