Norwest is a rapidly growing, progressive, and innovative workplace, with empowering leadership and a supportive and inspiring culture. The College is currently seeking to appoint an experienced **People and Culture Administrator,** who will have accountability for a variety of tasks including HR responsibilities, event coordination, compliance administration and general administrative support within the College. This high-profile position will report directly to the Principal and will support the Principal, her Executive Assistant, College staff (in HR related duties), as well as the College's Senior Executive and Board (with policy administration).

- previous experience in Human Resources (advantageous), or a willingness to learn;
- strong interpersonal skills and a warm, friendly demeanour;
- advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- proven ability to research, organise, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines;
- strong drafting, writing, and proof-reading skills;
- excellent initiative and problem-solving skills;
- experience multitasking and managing projects;
- a willingness to learn and assist where required;
- experience supporting Management;
- experience working in a school setting (advantageous).
