**About the role**
We hold a 12-month contract opportunity for a **Touring **Aircrew Officer, **providing exceptional service to our client in Adelaide.
In this role you will:
- Maintain flying currency and conduct safe flight operations complying with CASA, contractual and company policies and procedures;
- Complete pre-flight, post-flight and check and training documentation;
- Interact successfully with aircrew, client staff, health staff and stakeholders to exceed client expectations;
- Operate safely and efficiently in a small team environment;
- Perform the duties of a highly trained and proficient Aircrew Officer during HEMS, SAR and ALE missions;
- Champion safety, standardisation and the Babcock Purpose and Principles;
- Ensure security and safe configuration of cabin and equipment.
**About You**
**Essential requirements**:
- 1000 Flight hours experience as an Aircrew Officer
- Minimum five (5) years full time experience as an Aircrew Officer in a helicopter EMS operation
- Previous experience on Bell 412 and AW139
- High level of NVIS experience
- Current HUET/ HUET with EBS
- Hold a CASA Calss 2 Medical Certificate
- Certificate IV Aviation AVI40116 (Aircrewman) or AVI40119 (Aircrew Officer)
**Desirable requirements**:
- Live within 1 hour of an airport with a direct flight connection to Adelaide.
- Flexibility to tour to other bases as required
