**About the role**
This exciting opportunity has recently become available due to an internal promotion.
Reporting to the Learning and Development Specialist within our People Services team, you will have the opportunity to build productive and strong relationships with senior stakeholders, whilst providing support and management of our Learning Management System (LMS).
This team consists of five dedicated professionals, passionate about effectively empowering our employees' growth and developing their knowledge, skills, and capabilities.
Your days will be varied, however, your core duties will include:
- Developing and maintaining organisational policy and procedures for the LMS;
- Coordinating the operation, reporting, analysis and administration of the LMS;
- Educating stakeholders on the LMS features and functionality;
- Performing rigorous testing of enhancements and new functionalities to the LMS.

You have highly developed skills in time management and attention to detail, in addition to strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are able to multi-task, demonstrate initiative, exercise honesty and discretion and are able to work well under pressure.
You are a team player with experience working within a close-knit team. You possess initiative, seeking out solutions and jumping into team projects, providing assistance where required.
Ideally your experience and qualifications include:
- Minimum three years' experience administering an LMS;
- Experience using a SCORM compatible LMS to host content;
- Experience with new LMS implementation and/or customised functionality improvements;
- Technical production experience using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), HTML, and CSS;
