This role will suit someone with exceptional attention to detail as you will be issuing letters of employment from our HRIS (Workday) and managing the due diligence process (reference, qualification, police and medical checks) as well as regular compliance reporting.

In addition to supporting our high performing Talent Partners, this role has lots of interaction with senior leaders as well as potential employees who are also our members, so the ability to connect and communicate effectively in a timely manner will be key to success in this role.

- Previous experience in a high-volume recruitment environment, either inhouse or within agency would be considered highly advantageous
- Degree in Human Resource Management or similar would be advantageous, but not essential
- Excellent IT skills and the ability to grasp new tech with ease.
