About the RoleWe are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator, Australia to join our team based at the Bindjareb Office in Pinjarra.
This full-time position is a rewarding and pivotal role within a global team, with some flexibility available. You will be accountable for supporting the Australian regional TA team in coordinating internal & external recruitment of hourly and salaried positions, focusing on due diligence and compliance with recruitment policies and processes.
You will be the first point of contact for general queries from candidates and external job seekers. Core responsibilities include:
- Working within the Workday recruiting system to track candidates, schedule interviews, and support psychometric testing, pre-employment medicals, and final stages of hiring.
- Preparing and providing new starter information and coordinating initial inductions.
- Arranging site visits, including flights, accommodation, car hire, and relocations.
- Maintaining confidentiality of candidate details and progress.
- Managing formal correspondence to applicants and providing administrative support to the TA team.
- Responding to recruiting queries from the Corporate webpage and recording data for reporting.
- Raising purchase orders and reconciling expenses through CONCUR.

- Experience in administrative HR or recruitment is preferred but not essential.
- This role is suitable for current students or recent graduates in HR or business-related degrees.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
