**We are looking for a Junior QA Analyst to join our Enterprise Tech Services department.**

Reporting to the QA Manager, the main purpose of this role is to ensure that quality assurance principles, aspects and processes are adhered to and testing outcome is delivered enabling quality within the developed solution.

This is an outstanding opportunity for anyone who is in the start of their career journey and are looking to grow and develop their skills as a QA Analyst.

**Role responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Conduct all testing activities in a manner that would provide quality outcomes with mínimal risk to operation and client integrity.
- Perform testing functions on multiple concurrent Agile Squad allocation tasks.
- Assist in the delivery of project testing within expected Agile Squad allocation task timelines and within the agreed quotation provided to both internal and/or external clients.
- Contribute to document test strategies and test plans (incl. technical and business testing) relating to change activities.
- Setup and execution of test scenarios and scripts based on test plan and within testing strategy guidelines.
- Analyse system logs when required.
- Measure and report of test results throughout the stages of the development life cycle relating to testing.
- Provide testing support to urgent production issues Provide PIV support as required.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience with SQL (essential)
- Experience in the execution of manual and automated test cases is highly desirable.
- The ability to create manual test cases.
- Experience in defect management
- You are a natural collaborator have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and critical thinking mindset
- Self-assured in providing accurate results in a tight deadline driven environment.
- Tertiary education in a accounting discipline or similar field.
