This role is based in our Head Office, Grosvenor Place, Sydney.  The office is within walking distance from the train station.  There are plenty of options for lunch and catching up with colleagues or friends after work. 

How you'll make an impact

The Junior Test Analyst is primarily responsible for test planning and test execution within any associated scrum team/project/program in order to deliver a quality outcome to stakeholders.

Your usual day in the office will include:

• Work towards delivering a Quality experience for our stakeholders
• You will continuously write/ execute the QA deliverables ( test plans, Testcases, test summary reports) for ST, SIT, UAT and Migration ( where applicable) , provide estimates, highlight risks, adopt testing approach, raise defects ( as necessary), both internal and cross-team within the Program/Portfolio to deliver a quality outcome
• Engage with Program Managers/Squad Leaders with respect to project schedules, estimates, RAID items, roadblocks etc
• Builds good and effective relationships with all internal and external stakeholders within the scope of work
• Responsible for transparent communication and keeping the stakeholders informed of QA related issues/risks/deliverables/progress

Your attributes

• Degree qualification or professional qualification in information technology
• 2 years' accumulative experience as a junior tester
• Experience in Agile or Waterfall Systems Development Life Cycle
• Desired Understanding of BDD ( Behavioural Driven Development) tools and frameworks using Selenium and Java
• Working knowledge of AWS & Azure, Version Control Systems such as Git and SVN.
• Working knowledge of Project and test management tools like JIRA, Xray, Zephyr
