**Job Description**:
**Housekeeping Team Leader**

Reliable and engaging. As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will demonstrate the essence of creating an exceptional guest journey. You are committed to taking care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure. You love being part of an energetic team and lead by the example.

**What you will be doing**:

- Lead and support the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping department to ensure service standards are followed with friendly and engaging service
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
- Support team members and inform daily priorities
- Lead a fun and diverse team, train them and help them achieve their goals

**Qualifications**:
**Your experience and skills include**:

- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in Housekeeping and ready to take a leadership role
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
