We are seeking qualified and experienced Personal Carers to join our dedicated team at Zion Aged Care.

Your responsibilities will include: Supporting residents in daily living activities Promoting independence and well-being Collaborating with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality teams Assisting with mobility and equipment use Providing emotional support and creating a warm, caring environment Documenting care activities in iCare and following best practices Working closely with healthcare professionals, residents, and families About You Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) – required Experience in Aged Care or a similar role – required First Aid Certificate – desirable Current Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain) Availability to work at least one full shift pattern Why Choose Lutheran Services?
