About the Role

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to join our team as a Store Manager. As the face of the brand, you will lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized service and drive store performance.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Delivering a high level of one-on-one customer service, ensuring customers have a seamless shopping experience
  • Maintaining visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand's aesthetic and enhance the shopping environment
  • Managing stock levels, replenishment, and inventory control to optimize sales and minimize waste
  • Creating a positive and motivating team environment, fostering open communication and collaboration among team members

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in fashion or specialty retail, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • A natural leader who inspires others and leads by example, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong sales acumen with a consultative selling approach, able to build rapport with customers and understand their needs
  • Results-driven and passionate about achieving targets, with a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexible to work weekends and late-night trade when required, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs
