Clinical Leader
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for our residents.
Lead and manage the planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical care for residents, ensuring seamless execution and optimal outcomes
Support and mentor a team of clinical and care staff, promoting best practices and professional development through coaching, guidance, and performance feedback
Maintain regulatory compliance, adhering to Aged Care Standards, medication safety protocols, and Work Health and Safety guidelines
Collaborate with allied health professionals, residents, and families to drive excellence in care delivery and resident outcomes
Spearhead dementia and palliative care initiatives, aligning with organisational philosophy and objectives
Contribute to quality improvement, incident management, and innovation in care practices across the site

Requirements:
Registered Nurse Level 2 with current AHPRA registration and a minimum of three years' senior clinical experience, preferably in aged care
Proven leadership and team mentoring capabilities, with a strong understanding of care planning, accreditation standards, and clinical governance
Proficient in IT systems and clinical documentation, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
