Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for our residents.

  • Lead and manage the planning, implementation, and evaluation of clinical care for residents, ensuring seamless execution and optimal outcomes
  • Support and mentor a team of clinical and care staff, promoting best practices and professional development through coaching, guidance, and performance feedback
  • Maintain regulatory compliance, adhering to Aged Care Standards, medication safety protocols, and Work Health and Safety guidelines
  • Collaborate with allied health professionals, residents, and families to drive excellence in care delivery and resident outcomes
  • Spearhead dementia and palliative care initiatives, aligning with organisational philosophy and objectives
  • Contribute to quality improvement, incident management, and innovation in care practices across the site

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse Level 2 with current AHPRA registration and a minimum of three years' senior clinical experience, preferably in aged care
  • Proven leadership and team mentoring capabilities, with a strong understanding of care planning, accreditation standards, and clinical governance
  • Proficient in IT systems and clinical documentation, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
